Before confirming your appointment, please review our service policies for a seamless experience.

BOOKINGS

- Book via our online portal, email at info@lainaandco.com, or Instagram '@lainaandco'.

- Bookings must be at least 48 hours in advance. DM @lainaandco for last minute availability. 

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

- Book fill appointments in advance to secure your slot.

- Regular fills ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ’ ๐ฐ๐ž๐ž๐ค๐ฌ to maintain lash health & quality of extensions.

- Fills after 4 weeks will require a new set at additional cost.

- Late arrivals (over 10 minutes) may lead to a shortened or rescheduled appointment.

- No-shows will incur a ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ž. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

PRE-APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONS

- Arrive without eye makeup.

- Consider bringing headphones & a blanket for comfort.

PAYMENT

- Accepting e-transfer at ๐ข๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ@๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ง๐š๐š๐ง๐๐œ๐จ.๐œ๐จ๐ฆ and cash payments.



rescheduling and cancellations

- Notify us 48 hours in advance for changes.

- Emergencies warrant a one-time exception for rescheduling without service charge.

POST-SERVICE CARE

- Follow provided aftercare instructions for lasting results.
